To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures and to minimize waiting, we operate primarily by appointment. While we strive to see every appointment on time, emergencies always take top priority and, therefore, an occasional delay is inevitable.
Patient Arrival Policy
When bringing your pet into the hospital, remember he or she may be a little uneasy around new people and animals. This is one of the reasons we ask that you restrain your pet before coming into the hospital. All cats should be in an appropriate carrier or on a leash. All dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled in the waiting area. We recommend you not let your dog sniff other animals to avoid any disease transmission.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We make every effort to make sure all fees are fair and reasonable, and you are encouraged to discuss charges before services are rendered. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.
CareCredit is a personal line of credit for healthcare, both human and veterinary. It works like a credit card that is used for your pet's healthcare services.
To apply for CareCredit, click, fill out and submit the CareCredit Online Credit Application. If accessing the Internet is not an option, you can also call their 24/7 phone number at 1-800-365-8295.
